Executive Assistant
Executive Assistant responsibilities:
- 1:1 support to C-suite member.
- Extensive, proactive calendar and diary management.
- Prepare and review documents, presentations, and correspondence.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agenda and take minutes when required.
- Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Book global travel arrangements, including flights and transport.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Coordinate and organise events, including logistics and communication.
- Monitor and manage email correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and data analysis as required.
