HR & Payroll Officer | Croydon | "Outstanding" Academy Trust
An academy trust in Croydon is seeking a meticulous HR & Payroll Officer for a part-time role starting ASAP. Requirements
Essential: Previous experience in HR and payroll administration within a school setting.
Essential: Deep understanding of the "Single Central Record" (SCR) and safer recruitment protocols.
Essential: Must possess the Right to Work in the UK (The school cannot provide sponsorship ).
CIPD Level 3 or higher is highly desirable.
Salary and Benefits
Part-time, permanent contract.
Salary Range: £32,000 – £36,000 (Pro-rata, Outer London).
Access to a dedicated staff wellbeing programme and a "no-email" policy after 6:00 PM.
