A prestigious and well-established independent school in Westminster is seeking an experienced and dedicated SENCO to lead its SEND provision from September. The Role
The school is looking for an organised and compassionate SENCO who can lead SEND provision while working closely with staff, families, and external professionals.
Key responsibilities of the SENCO include:
Leading and managing SEND provision across the school
Overseeing and reviewing individual support plans and learning profiles
Coordinating targeted interventions and monitoring pupil progress
Supporting teachers with inclusive teaching strategies and differentiation
Liaising with parents, carers, and external specialists
Ensuring compliance with SEND best practice and school policies

Hold QTS or relevant SEN qualifications
