The Goodstuff Out-of-Home Director blends excellence in channel specific planning & investment with strong leadership skills, delivering great work, supporting a happy team and delighting clients. They are responsible for leading client relationships and response to UK and International investment briefs, utilising the Talon & Evolve team to deliver inventive and effective solutions. They have a thorough knowledge of investment best practice and provide strong, evidence-led recommendations to the planning team and our clients. The Out-of-Home Director is expected to maintain good media owner relationships and inspire interest and engagement with the agency’s clients and campaigns. Reporting to Head of Out-of-Home.
• Represent Goodstuff OOH to our clients and lead the day-to-day relationships.
• Lead on a range of OOH briefs, working with the team to translate media strategies and create inventive ideas and plans that deliver the best clients outcomes; confidentially instigate and challenge briefs as required.
• Direct day-to-day agenda, controlling workflow and deliverables with overall responsibility for the quality and delivery of work.
• Confidently lead UK and International channel discussions in internal and client meetings, building and maintaining multi-channel awareness and demonstrating OOH expertise in client meetings.
• Supervise the team to deliver a frictionless financial process.
• Support junior members of the Talon team in efficient management of invoicing processes & contribute to accurate and timely forecasting
• Engage with industry developments and relevant media owners, identifying new opportunities for clients.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of Goodstuff’s clients and planning briefs, supporting the Client team deliver gold-standard client servicing.
• Write and deliver strong and compelling presentations
• Oversee & deliver Post Campaign Analysis
• Understand and support the commercial requirements of the business

The requirements
• Strong knowledge of the fundamentals of UK OOH and media best practice
• Previous experience or keen desire to develop International OOH knowledge
• A passion for OOH effectiveness and the creation of ideas
• Knowledge of the OOH planning process including building Excel schematics & PowerPoint slides and adoption of ai technologies.
• An understanding of OOH buying rates and an ability to support Talon in media owner negotiations.
• A can-do attitude and positive approach, even in challenging situations.
• Personal, committed and professional.
• Great communication and presentation skills (written and oral)
• A confident presenter with the ability to tell a compelling story
• Able to build meaningful relationships and flex communication style
