Project Manager - Construction Management
Strong knowledge of construction processes and management practices
Excellent organisational and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including surveyors and contractors
Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and building standards
Experience working within the public sector or with public organisations advantageous
Availability for an initial 9-month contract with the potential for extension based on performance This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £218.00 PAYE or £302.00 via Umbrella/Ltd, with an inside IR35 status.
