About the Role

As part of the Abion team, you’ll collaborate with our international network of IP professionals, working on a diverse portfolio of cases and clients.
As Global Head of Business Area Brand Protection , you will be a highly commercial leader with deep expertise in Brand Protection and a proven ability to drive growth and optimise performance. This multifaceted role combines strategic leadership, commercial excellence, financial acumen, and business development expertise to strengthen our market position and deliver sustainable results.

The international Brand Protection team consist of 18 talented colleagues across the UK and Malta, uniting them under a shared purpose and clear direction. Your leadership will ensure seamless collaboration across borders, connecting local expertise with global objectives to drive impact and growth.

You will report directly to the CEO and play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of Abion’s Brand Protection business area.

Location: London or Malta with ability to travel

Key Responsibilities

• - Develop and execute the Brand Protection business strategy in alignment with corporate goals.

• - Identify growth opportunities through campaigns, partnerships, and product innovation.

• - Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance tracking for the business area.

• - Collaborate across teams to ensure consistent global growth and knowledge sharing.

• - Build and inspire a high-performing global team that embodies Abion’s values.
