Candidate profile: We are seeking a skilled Platform Engineer to join a small, dedicated team responsible for maintaining and enhancing our client?s virtual infrastructure. This role is crucial to the success of multiple ongoing projects, ensuring operational excellence and efficiency in system deployments. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, experience with automation tools, and the ability to collaborate directly with clients. Key Tasks:

• Diagnose and resolve issues within both production and non-production environments.
• Liaise directly with clients to ensure that operational value is delivered, providing technical expertise and solutions.
• Enhance the efficiency of system deployments, enabling more time to focus on new development opportunities.
• Automate full system deployments from the ground up using Ansible and other automation tools to streamline processes.

• Proven experience in diagnosing and solving complex technical issues in virtual environments.
• Proficiency in automating deployments using tools such as Ansible.
• Ability to work directly with clients, delivering operational value and ensuring project success.
• Experience with system deployment processes and automation from the ground up.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
