Senior Project Manager 24 month FTC
At Smartest Energy, we’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead large and complex projects that shape our strategic future. In this pivotal role, you’ll take ownership from planning through to delivery, ensuring every project meets its goals on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
You’ll provide strong leadership across the full project lifecycle — managing resources, finances, risks, and third-party vendors, while building trusted relationships with stakeholders across the business. You’ll drive collaboration, manage change, and ensure every initiative supports our operational and strategic objectives.

What skills/experience do I need to be successful?
- Proven track record in successfully delivering IT change of complex and/or
large-scale projects; - Experience working with IT vendors, building successful partnerships, and
assuring IT change; - Experience in regulatory projects or energy industry;
- Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership across all levels within IT and the business.

What does hybrid working mean to us?
Hybrid working typically means 2 days in the office location listed on this advert and 3 days working at home each week. Some occasional travel to our other offices may be required.
