INFLUENCER MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS LEAD
Wimbledon, London - Hybrid (50% of time working from home)
As Influencer Marketing & Communications Lead, you will drive advocacy excellence for iconic brands at Coty, offering strategic ownership, creativity and global visibility.
THE ROLE
OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!
In this role, you will lead the influencer marketing and communications strategy and delivery across key Coty UK brands, owning advocacy vision, execution and results.
You will drive earned and paid influencer activities, oversee budgets, manage team performance and partner cross‑functionally to deliver cultural relevance, commercial impact and high‑quality brand storytelling.
Your main focus:
Strategy
- Lead influencer marketing vision across prestigious brands, and strategically develop plans for local activations
- Spearhead the advocacy strategy for the UK launch of a brand new brand category
Execution & Performance
- Deliver immersive brand experiences with content at the core by building relationships with top-tier influencers and media
- Track EMV and performance metrics using data, dashboards and learnings to optimise ROI across earned and paid initiatives
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead, coach and develop our fantastic Influencer & PR team
- Partner closely with Brand, Digital, E‑commerce and Global teams
- Ensure advocacy plans align with the broader commercial and marketing objectives
- Oversee the influencer marketing and PR budget

The team consists of approximately 14 PR and Communications professionals, and you will work closely with Brand Marketing, Digital, E‑commerce, Global Advocacy and Finance teams.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You like to drive impact through creativity and data. As an experienced Influencer Marketing & Communications Lead, you work autonomously, think strategically and thrive in fast‑paced, international environments.
Other than that, you:
- Bring senior experience in influencer marketing within beauty or cosmetics
- Have proven people leadership and team development capability
- Own budgets and manage performance with strong analytical skills
- A sound understanding of social media platforms and the paid, owned and earned eco-system
- Build strong relationships with UK influencers, agencies and external stakeholders

Recruitment Process:
