Business Development Manager - Agency
Location: Central London, UK (Hybrid working)
Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 base salary + generous uncapped commission
Are you a dynamic sales professional looking to advance your career in the world of SaaS? Pulsar Group is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join our team, with a focus on the UK Agency sector. You'll manage the full sales cycle for our market-leading Vuelio product, supported by an exceptionally knowledgeable and experienced team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a proven sales track record who is passionate about building relationships and closing deals. About the RoleAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
Driving the full sales cycle: From identifying new opportunities to conducting tailored demos, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
Building a strong pipeline: Actively prospect and engage with decision-makers in PR and PA Agency businesses through a multi-touch approach (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
Presenting solutions: Research client needs and present our software as a solution to their unique challenges.
Collaborating for success: Work closely with our marketing and insights teams to coordinate campaigns and provide feedback.
While you will receive support from our lead generation team, a proactive, self-starter mentality is essential for success in this role.
Who We're Looking ForProven experience in a quota-bearing sales role is a must. Experience in SaaS is a significant advantage.
A track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Confident, dynamic, and results-oriented with strong communication skills.
Experience using sales tech such as Salesforce and LinkedIn SalesNavigator is a plus.
