Housekeeper to work part-time, Job ID J1F72C
A busy family based in Islington, London, is seeking an experienced and proactive Part-time Housekeeper to ensure their home remains clean, tidy, and well organised. The role involves handling all general housekeeping duties and laundry, and confidently getting stuck into whatever needs doing.
Working hours: 3 days a week - flexible on the times, can be 15 - 20 hours a week.
Duties include:
- Maintain the cleanliness and general upkeep of the residence
- Carry out routine floor care, including sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to ensure a well-kept environment
- Clean and sanitise bathrooms, including sinks, bathtubs, and showers
- Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the kitchen area
- Wash, dry, and organise clothing and household linens
- Manage laundry duties, including ironing and folding
- Make beds and change linens as required
- Clean and organise dishware, including loading and unloading the dishwasher
They are looking for someone who can start on Friday, 9 January 2026.
