Senior Policy Manager
London Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver political strategies to transform sustainability efforts in the UK and ensure that NGO UK is a leading voice in the sector.
- Oversee the NGO's UK's policy work on sustainable fuels.
- Line-manage a Senior Officer.
- Engage with the UK legislative processes influencing UK policy to decarbonise faster.
- Engage with policymakers, industry and other NGO's to drive forward policy change.
- Serve as a key point of contact for policymakers, industry, media, and stakeholders.
- Represent the organisation at external events and in the media.
- Organise and deliver impactful events and campaigns. This is a rare opportunity to help drive climate action in sectors that are global, complex, high-impact and urgently in need of change.
