Maintenance Assistant
Maintenance Assistant – London | Weekly pay, flexible shifts, and full-time hours.
We’re recruiting for a skilled Maintenance Assistant to join a busy hospitality venue in London on a full-time temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and is looking for consistent hours within a professional Hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities:
You’ll support the smooth day-to-day running of the property by:
- Conducting routine inspections of equipment, machinery, and systems
- Carrying out minor repairs and troubleshooting faults
- Supporting planned and reactive upkeep tasks across the site
- Assisting with painting, basic plumbing, carpentry, and re-decoration
- Keeping work areas clean, organised, and safe
- Monitoring supplies, tools, and equipment levels
- Ensuring health and safety standards are followed at all times
- Working closely with the Facilities Manager and wider team
What we’re looking for:
To be successful in this Maintenance Assistant role, you should have:
- Previous experience within a Hotel or hospitality setting
- Good understanding of health and safety legislation
- Skills in basic electrical work, plumbing, tiling, and decorating
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
- A team-focused approach with good attention to detail
- Immediate availability with no prior commitments during the assignment
