About the role

The Logistics Assistant plays a key role in supporting end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring the efficient movement of goods across the business. This role is responsible for coordinating shipments, maintaining stock accuracy, supporting wholesale operations, and enabling seamless replenishment and operational support for retail stores. The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, and eager to develop expertise in logistics and supply chain management.

Your Responsibilities

Warehouse & Shipping Management:

Support all shipment activity across the business, including direct-to-customer orders, production deliveries, supplier shipments, and internal stock transfers

Coordinate deliveries to and from retail stores, ensuring timely and accurate replenishment.

Assist in logistics planning and execution for pop-up events, ensuring all stock, equipment, and materials are delivered and collected efficiently

Work closely with suppliers to ensure accurate shipping documentation, timely dispatch, and smooth warehouse intake

Monitor shipment quality, quantities, delivery timelines, and transportation costs

Track all shipments, including bulk production, sampling, and ad hoc consignments

Identify and resolve logistics-related issues, including transportation delays, system errors, and import/export challenges

Maintain and ensure accuracy of logistics

IT systems to support operational efficiency

Stock Management

Partner with the merchandising team to ensure alignment between system records and physical stock.

Maintain stock accuracy by managing stock movements and resolving discrepancies promptly

Monitor and manage consumables stock levels, including forecasting and placing orders with manager approval

Wholesale & Third-Party Coordination

Enter wholesale orders into the system (Zedonk) Prepare and issue order confirmations, proformas, and required documentation

Liaise with the production team to ensure orders are completed and shipped on schedule

Coordinate with wholesale partners to arrange deliveries and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete

Customer Support

Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve logistics-related customer issues

Work cross-functionally to ensure timely and effective responses to customer needs

You’ll need

Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations or similar role

Proficiency in logistics or inventory systems

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Ability to take initiative, ownership, and accountability for business

Experience in partnering with a cross functional team

Capability to adapt to changes and challenges with a positive outlook

Excellent Excel skills Interest in developing a career in logistics and supply chain
