Description
Great opportunity to join us as a Sales Associate – Investment Solutions Growth. You will be part of the Solutions team, which seeks to help investors access our best thinking and implementation when it comes to investment funds and strategies. The team consists of client-focused subject matter experts with a commercial mindset, responsible for supporting strategy development, contributing to the growth of our client base, and assisting in managing existing client relationships.
We offer solutions across a full range of listed and private markets, including alternative asset classes, all structured to give investors the best chance of meeting their strategic investment goals. Our institutional client base includes a range of pension funds, endowments, foundations, and private wealth platforms.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone at an early stage in their career, who is keen to develop within investment solutions. You will be supported by your colleagues to learn about our business and apply your skills and experience to our solutions and client portfolios.
The role will be London-based and will provide support to our European and International team. We actively support flexible working and would be happy to discuss your requirements during the application process.
The Role
You will work alongside the Lead Portfolio Specialists and Portfolio Analysts within the business for our investment funds and strategies, helping to prepare and maintain sales collateral, presentations, and proposals tailored to client needs across asset classes
You will provide pipeline support by assisting with CRM updates, tracking leads, and monitoring progress against sales targets. This may include building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights into sales performance and pipeline health.
You will support senior colleagues in our marketing efforts and work closely with compliance teams to ensure all marketing materials and sales content meet regulatory and internal standards before distribution
You will work with colleagues to prepare sales/marketing proposals for both internal and external use, provide responses to RFPs, pitches, and due diligence processes on our solutions
People
The role will require you to be able to build strong networks internally in the Investments business and to collaborate effectively across teams in a timely and efficient manner.
The Solutions team is a key growth area for the business so we welcome candidates with an interest in sales/marketing and the ability to gain a commercial understanding of the attractiveness of our investment solutions relative to the broader market
We will support you to develop a natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levels
You will work in a very collaborative team and have the opportunity to learn from industry experts, to develop your own skills as well as providing support to more junior colleagues across the business
We are happy to support you towards professional qualifications, for example the CFA
