Head Of Projects
We’re looking for a Head of Projects in London to lead the delivery of complex, high-profile work within a design-led, creative studio.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who can bring structure, clarity and excellence to project delivery, leading teams and ensuring every project is executed to the highest standard.

We’re partnering with a creative studio working across brand, digital and experiential projects for ambitious clients.
The business delivers high-impact, design-led work, partnering with global brands and cultural organisations to create meaningful experiences. This role sits at the heart of delivery, leading projects from concept through to execution and ensuring excellence at every stage.
The Role
As Head of Projects, you will lead the planning, execution and delivery of all projects across the studio.
You’ll oversee multiple complex workstreams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard, while building strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead delivery across multiple high-value projects and client accounts
- Oversee the full project lifecycle from concept to completion
- Manage timelines, budgets and production schedules
- Work closely with creative, design and production teams
- Act as a senior point of contact for clients
- Ensure consistent quality and attention to detail across all work
- Develop and mentor the Projects team
- Improve processes and drive operational efficiency

- Ability to manage complex, multi-layered projects
- Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Budgeting and financial oversight
- Strong organisational and problem-solving ability

- Proven experience in a senior project or delivery role
- Background in luxury, experiential, events or creative sectors
- Confident managing multiple projects and stakeholders
- Strong leadership and team development experience
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Calm under pressure and solutions-focused
- Collaborative and comfortable working across disciplines
