The Opportunity
This renowned arts-specialist school in Enfield is looking for a Senior Receptionist to lead their front-of-house operations. As a permanent member of staff, you will oversee the reception team to ensure a seamless experience for all visitors. The school provides a vibrant, creative atmosphere and values individuals who can bring both organizational expertise and a warm, supportive personality to the front desk.
Role Details
Team Leadership: Coordinating the daily rotas and task lists for the reception assistants and administrative staff.
Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing new administrative procedures to improve the efficiency of parent-school communications.
Compliance Lead: Taking responsibility for the accuracy of the Single Central Record (SCR) entries for all visitors and contractors.
Salary Note: Candidates demonstrating prior experience in school office management will be considered for the higher end of the £26kâ£30k range.
