Administrator in Banking - TEMP up to 6 months
A conscientious individual is sought to assist in a busy Compliance department of a prestigious international Bank.
Your duties will include:
Maintaining internal compliance records and regulatory compliance documents
Advising regulatory updates to Head office
Providing administrative support on contracts and KYC
Processing invoice payments
Arranging training sessions and maintaining training records
Arranging meetings and managing departmental diary
Your experience must include:
3-5 years proven relevant administration experience gained within banking/investment management
Strong IT skills – Excel, PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Ability to multitask
This role will initially work 5 days a week in the London office before transitioning to hybrid – working 3 days a week in the office and 2 days remotely.
