We are working with a high-achieving independent preparatory school in Enfield recruiting for a Receptionist who will also support the Admissions department. This is a nurturing and professional environment, ideal for an individual who enjoys a varied role.
The Role You will provide a professional front-of-house service while assisting with the administrative journey of prospective families, from initial enquiry to enrollment. Key responsibilities include:
Greeting parents and visitors and providing information about the school's ethos
Processing registrations and maintaining the prospective student database
Managing the school’s main telephone line and general enquiries inbox
Assisting with the organization of open mornings and taster days
Coordinating with the Headteacher’s PA for meeting and event logistics
