The Role

As an Allocator you will play a crucial role in optimising our planning, work allocation, and service delivery by effectively managing resources.

Your key responsibilities are:

  • Inbound and Outbound calls
  • Fair allocation

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Service Excellence: Maintaining a sub-6% service KPI (Key Performance Indicators) level through efficient team management and process optimisation.
  • Operational Efficiency: Collaborating with the Operations Management Team to enhance the accuracy of our auto-allocation and planning technology.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identifying and resolving service issues, working closely with the Operations Management Team to implement solutions.
  • DC Retention: Promoting a positive work environment and implementing fair earning practices to retain Driver Companions.
  • Performance Improvement: Contributing to the development of data-driven metrics to measure service performance and drive accountability.
  • Effective Communication: Minimising communication breakdowns and ensuring clear information sharing within the team.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identifying potential risks to the OnCue Management Team to ensure a timely resolution.
  • Phone calls: To handle incoming and outgoing phone calls from DC’s, Patients, Clients and members of Public
  • Fair allocation: To oversee the distribution of patient journeys within OnCue. You will ensure that all allocations are transparent, unbiased, and compliant with the OnCue policies and standards.
  • Planning: To replan work if a DC is unable to complete their first run.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the transport or logistics industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and a strong team ethic.
