Art Technician - South London Borough
Our client is seeking a creative and organised Art Technician to join a vibrant secondary school in a South London borough , supporting the Art and Design department.
• Full-time Art Technician
• January 2026 start
• Creative and well-resourced Art department
This role is ideal for someone with a background in art, design, or creative subjects who enjoys supporting practical learning environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Preparing materials and resources for Art lessons
• Maintaining studios, equipment, and displays
• Supporting students during practical sessions
• Managing stock levels and ordering supplies
• Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed
Person Specification
• Experience in an Art Technician or creative support role
• Strong organisational and practical skills
• Passion for art and creative education
• Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff
• Eligibility to work in the UK
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
