The Opportunity:
The Account Executive at TechSee plays a pivotal role in expanding our UK Sales Team.
This position requires a strategic approach to acquiring new business within targeted sectors, with a focus on exceeding revenue quotas through new logo sales across our portfolio of Customer Experience (CX), AI, and Digital products.
As an Account Executive, you will leverage your industry knowledge and commercial acumen to understand customer needs, enhance their experience, and articulate innovative digital solutions. Success in this role depends on your ability to drive new revenue through proactive prospecting, business development, and close collaboration with internal teams and strategic partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive revenue by acquiring new customers and cross-selling TechSee’s product portfolio.
Lead strategic sales discussions, clearly communicating TechSee’s value and impact on customer experience.
Negotiate commercial terms with enterprise-level buyers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Consistently close deals and exceed sales targets.
Develop and manage joint sales pipelines with partners, identifying new growth opportunities.
Maintain deep product knowledge and market awareness through ongoing learning and industry engagement.Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs, challenges, and business drivers.
Qualification:
5+ years of experience selling SaaS products or solutions to Fortune 2000 companies.
Experience in sales management and training, with a strong understanding of structured sales methodologies.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota as an individual contributor.
Experience in partner enablement, pipeline development, and driving sales through strategic partnerships.
Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to thrive in a matrixed organization.
Familiarity with market leading sales methodology to be able maximise outcomes for prospects and customers..Demonstrated success in managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing.
A measurable record of success in new business development.
Ability to effectively engage and influence senior stakeholders within client organizations.Deep understanding of client business drivers, buying cycles, and strategic goals.
Experience in the Contact Center and/or Customer Experience (CX) space is highly desirable.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
