Location : Venues across South London including Bromley, Croydon and Beckenham
Contract term : Permanent

Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Strength & Conditioning Coach to support the physical development of players within our Girls Emerging Talent Centre and Boys Emerging Talent Squad. You will implement a physical performance programme that supports the delivery of the club's blueprint for youth development, helping players develop the physical qualities required to perform safely and effectively.
Job Description
Implement a physical development programme for players aged 8-16 within the Player Development Pathway;
Design and deliver high-quality strength and conditioning sessions throughout a 30-session season, adapting activities to meet individual player needs;
Support player development through physical testing, sharing results alongside players' personalised development plans;
Maintain a comprehensive database of work conducted with players and coaches, in line with Foundation, FA and professional standards;
Work collaboratively with coaches to integrate strength and conditioning principles into the wider player development programme, including supporting injury prevention initiatives;
Promote a safe, supportive and player-centred environment for all participants, fulfilling safeguarding responsibilities in line with Foundation policies and procedures.
Person Specification
Experience delivering strength and conditioning sessions within youth sport;
Knowledge of youth physical development and age-appropriate training practices;
A BSc in Sport Science, Strength & Conditioning, or a related discipline, with UKSCA accreditation (or working towards);
In-date FA First Aid and FA Safeguarding Children qualifications;
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with players, parents/carers and colleagues;
Availability to work Monday and/or Friday evenings.
