About the Role
The successful candidate will manage all examination processes, working closely with teachers, pupils, and external examination boards. You will ensure deadlines are met, accurate records are maintained, and exams are conducted fairly and smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating internal and external examinations, including scheduling and room allocation
Ensuring compliance with exam board regulations and procedures
Managing pupil entries and registrations for examinations
Producing exam timetables and communicating information to staff and pupils
Liaising with teaching staff regarding special arrangements and access requirements
Maintaining accurate records of results, attendance, and invigilator assignments
Organising training and guidance for invigilators
Supporting administration of exam-related communications and documentation
Experience and Skills
The successful candidate will:
Have experience working in an educational environment, preferably with exam administration
Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
Be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Be confident using data management and exam software systems
Understand confidentiality and data protection requirements
