Office Administrator

Are you a highly organised Office Administrator looking for a varied and rewarding role? We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established business who are seeking an individual to provide vital support across both compliance and training coordination, as well as finance administration.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, collaborative office team where your contribution will be valued and your work will make a real difference to the smooth running of daily operations.

Key responsibilities include:

* Acting as the first point of contact for office queries – calls, emails, and general admin support

* Maintaining records, monitoring expiry dates of medical/ID documents, and arranging training & certification renewals

* Booking travel and accommodation, ensuring staff are where they need to be on time

* Assisting with applications for official documentation and certificates

* Supporting financial processes – coding and posting invoices, maintaining records, preparing payroll and crew settlement files

* Assisting with audit preparation and ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date

* Keeping office systems, files, and supplies organised and running smoothly

The ideal candidate will have:

* Previous administrative experience (finance, compliance or logistics exposure desirable)

* Strong IT skills, with MS Office essential (Dynamics 365 experience a bonus)

* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

* The ability to work effectively as part of a small, supportive team

* A proactive, adaptable approach to managing a varied workload
