Senior Manager - Transaction TaxBig 4 - London Package - £80,000 - £110,000 + car allowance & package We are seeking experienced tax professionals to join a leading Transaction Tax team at Senior Manager level. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of high-profile transactions, helping clients navigate the tax considerations that arise across acquisitions, restructurings, re-financings, and asset deals.As a Senior Manager, you'll play a leading role in shaping the delivery of complex projects, guiding clients through every stage of a deal, and ensuring our teams bring clear, practical, and commercially focused solutions.What you'll be doingAdvising on the tax aspects of major corporate transactions, ensuring clients understand the risks, opportunities, and structuring options availableLeading client engagements, building trusted relationships, and acting as a key point of contact throughout the deal processCoaching and developing junior colleagues, helping to grow the next generation of transaction tax specialistsWorking alongside colleagues in specialist areas (such as corporate finance, restructuring, and international tax) to deliver integrated adviceDriving business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and supporting proposals and pitchesBringing a commercial perspective to technical tax analysis, ensuring advice is both practical and aligned to client objectivesContinuously developing your own expertise, staying up to date with market developments, and sharing knowledge across the teamWhat we're looking forA recognised professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent) or relevant international experienceA strong track record of advising on complex tax issues within a deals or corporate tax environmentProven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality advice under pressureExcellent communication skills with the confidence to influence senior stakeholdersStrong problem-solving abilities and commercial acumen, with a collaborative approach to working in diverse teamsAmbition to contribute to the growth of a national practice with an international outlookThis role offers the chance to work with high-profile clients across a range of industries, in a team that values curiosity, collaboration, and innovative thinking.For more info, please do call Kevin on 07968 202512 - [email protected]
