A highly regarded independent school in Richmond is seeking an HR Manager to join its senior operations team and play a key role in supporting a growing staff body.
The School
This established independent school educates over 1,200 students aged 11–18 and is known for its excellent academic outcomes, exceptional pastoral care, and strong sense of community.

The Role
You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, absence management, HR compliance, and staff wellbeing initiatives across the school.
