Application Support Analyst - £40,000 + 12.5% pension
Hybrid - 2 days in the office (London)
We're working with a not-for-profit membership organisation that champions and protects the rights of authors, ensuring they receive fair recognition and reward for their work. With over 125,000 members worldwide, the organisation plays a vital role in licensing, collecting, and distributing revenues, while also campaigning for policies that support writers.
They are now looking for an Application Support Analyst to join their IT team. This role is key to supporting the organisation's SAP Business One applications and associated systems, ensuring they run smoothly and continue to evolve in line with the needs of the business.
The role
As an Application Support Analyst, you'll:
Act as the escalation point for end-user support on SAP Business One, Power BI, and bespoke applications.
Troubleshoot issues, resolve data queries, and manage service requests.
Support income processing and data matching, ensuring accuracy across complex operational processes.
Work closely with internal teams and external providers to develop enhancements, fix bugs, and perform UAT.
Provide technical solutions to business problems while ensuring systems integrity and reliability.
What we're looking for
Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Experience in IT support, ideally within ERP/CRM systems.
Knowledge of SQL and/or Python for working with data.
Experience with SAP Business One (or another ERP/CRM) is desirable, but training will be provided.
Familiarity with reporting and data visualisation tools such as Power BI would be an advantage.
