UKS2 Teacher | November 2025 Start, Hounslow
We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic Year 5 Teacher to join a welcoming and high-achieving primary school in Hounslow. This full-time, permanent position begins October half-term and offers a fantastic opportunity to guide pupils through the upper stages of Key Stage 2, preparing them for the transition to Year 6 with confidence and curiosity.

Year 5 Teacher Responsibilities
· Plan and deliver creative, well-structured lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum.

· Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages independence and a love of learning.
· Collaborate effectively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure pupils reach their full potential.
· Contribute to the wider school community, including enrichment activities and events.

Year 5 Teacher Requirements
· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
· Experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally Year 5.
· Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and assessment practices.
· Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
· A reflective, enthusiastic, and team-oriented approach to teaching.
· Dedication to providing a supportive and stimulating learning environment.
