Transfer Pricing Senior Manager - Non-PE Backed Firm

The Role

This is a key leadership position within the firm's expanding Transfer Pricing team, offering broad exposure to both advisory and compliance work. The successful individual will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, lead project delivery, support junior team members, and work closely with senior leadership on strategic, high-value assignments.
Typical projects include:

* Designing and implementing transfer pricing policies across goods, services, financing and intellectual property
* Preparing and reviewing transfer pricing documentation, including benchmarking studies, master files and local files
* Advising on intercompany financing, capitalisation and restructuring matters
* Supporting dispute resolution and negotiations with tax authorities
* Providing technical input to transactions, including due diligence and post-deal integration
* Advising on wider international tax implications such as withholding taxes, VAT and permanent establishment risks
