Here at Citygate we are looking for a Site Co-Ordinator to assist the sales department.

Location

This exceptional role is based at Volkswagen's European Flagship Dealership in West London, Brentford a world-class facility featuring a 25-ramp workshop, its own multi-story car park, and a sophisticated indoor used car showroom. Key responsibilities

Your key responsibilities as a Site Co-ordinator will be:

· Co-ordinating the New and Used car stock including pricing, arranging preparation and cleaning of these vehicles.

· Monitoring and controlling customer parking areas

· Being an ambassador of Citygate and greeting customers in a welcoming manner

· Completing driving tasks on behalf of the sales management team

· Assist in preparing the showroom each day, including moving cars and adding pricing boards

About You

To become a Site Co-ordinator, we are looking for candidates that ideally possess the following qualities:

A good level of flexibility

Proactive Attitude

A full Clean driving licence

A good level of customer service
