Principal Platform Engineer

If you’ve been in the DevOps space for a while, this opportunity could be just for you. In this role, you’ll work for one of the most renowned digital transformation consultancies, tackling large scale, meaningful projects within the public sector.
Unlike other big consulting firms where you can feel like a small cog in a huge machine, this consultancy operates differently. Each department functions almost like its own business unit, giving you the stability and resources of a large organisation while maintaining the culture, collaboration, and impact of a smaller company.
Your voice will be heard, and your contributions will be visible.You’ll be joining their Platform Engineering unit, currently around 300 strong in the UK, with 90% of the team holding CKA certifications thanks to the company’s unlimited training budget. Career growth is supported with three promotional reviews per year, ensuring you get the progression you deserve.The ideal candidate will have experience with following:
- AWS, Terraform, Docker, CI/CD, Kubernetes in production environments.
- Leadership experience is also important, whether that’s leading projects, managing teams, or guiding key stakeholders.
- Sc clearance would be a bonus but not a must have
