We’re looking for an Operations Manager to join our Program Solutions team. You’ll play a key role in driving operational excellence, governance, and efficiency across our global operating model.

• Lead the development and implementation of our Global Programs operating model.
• Turn strategy into actionable operational plans.
• Optimise processes and ensure operational discipline.
• Act as a key liaison between Programs, regional operations, and other business functions.
• Manage governance, KPIs, SLAs, and risk reporting.
• Support major change programmes and transformation initiatives.
• Lead and develop the Operations Analyst, building a strong operations capability.
• Provide insights and recommendations to the COO to drive business performance.

• You’re a strategic thinker with a proven track record in operational or project-based roles.
• You have experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment, supporting senior leaders.
• You’re skilled at building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• You’re confident in preparing and presenting executive-level papers.
• You have advanced skills in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• You’re proactive, results-driven, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• You have a degree and, ideally, additional qualifications in business, strategy, or project management.
• Experience in financial services or MGA is a plus, but not essential.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
