OverviewAre you ready to take on a leadership role in a fast-paced, global environment?
We’re looking for an Operations Manager to join our Program Solutions team. You’ll play a key role in driving operational excellence, governance, and efficiency across our global operating model.

How you'll make an impact- Lead the development and implementation of our Global Programs operating model.
- Turn strategy into actionable operational plans.
- Optimise processes and ensure operational discipline.
- Act as a key liaison between Programs, regional operations, and other business functions.
- Manage governance, KPIs, SLAs, and risk reporting.
- Support major change programmes and transformation initiatives.
- Lead and develop the Operations Analyst, building a strong operations capability.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the COO to drive business performance.
- You’re a strategic thinker with a proven track record in operational or project-based roles.
- You have experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment, supporting senior leaders.
- You’re skilled at building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- You’re confident in preparing and presenting executive-level papers.
- You have advanced skills in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- You’re proactive, results-driven, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- You have a degree and, ideally, additional qualifications in business, strategy, or project management.
- Experience in financial services or MGA is a plus, but not essential.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
