We are working with a highly regarded Top 30 firm seeking an established Corporate Tax Partner to take on a pivotal leadership role at the helm of its Corporate Tax practice.

This is not a succession or "steady-state" position. The firm is looking for a visible, market-facing leader who can step in from day one, energise the team, sharpen the go-to-market approach, and drive the next phase of growth.

Working closely with the Managing Partner, you will play a central role in strengthening and repositioning the Corporate Tax offering.

The Role

You will assume full leadership of the Corporate Tax function, overseeing a strong but under-leveraged team and a broad client portfolio spanning owner-managed businesses, large corporates, and international groups.

There is a clear opportunity to refresh the proposition, elevate the profile of the team, and unlock significant growth potential.

Key Priorities

• Take immediate ownership of the Corporate Tax team, providing clear leadership and direction
• Reinvigorate the practice - culturally, commercially, and operationally
• Lead from the front in the market, enhancing visibility and winning new work
• Advise on complex, high-value corporate tax matters across a range of sectors
• Strengthen relationships with existing clients while building new strategic connections
• Work closely with the Managing Partner and wider leadership team to shape and execute growth strategy
• Drive collaboration across the firm to maximise cross-sell opportunities
