Primary Teaching Assistant role now available to start ASAP at a friendly and diverse primary school located in Mill Hill, North West London.
Joining the support staff team as a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will be:
- Delivering specific learning interventions to small groups or on a 1:1/1:2 basis
- Providing a supportive and positive learning environment where students are able to thrive personally and academically
- Encouraging development of vocabulary through speech, reading and writing activities
- Assisting with the delivery of a balanced and exciting curriculum that stimulates children's minds
- Supporting children with SEND within the classroom
- Helping children to develop their confidence and ensuring they feel valued and supported within an inclusive learning environment
- Providing pupils with a range of learning strategies
- Working full time - Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:45pm
As a Primary TA, you will work closely and collaboratively with a team of dedicated and likeminded staff to ensure every child's needs are met. This is a full time and ongoing position to last until the end of the academic year in July, with the chance for it to become permanent in the future too.
