In this role you will lead the charge over a core workstream, evolving our multi-market owned social capability to transform how global brands grow. You’ll make that model bigger, faster, & famous.

For this position, we need candidates to have demonstrable experience in a social/creative agency.

This role is a powerhouse blend of strategic leadership and operational excellence. You will own the systems, standards that define owned channel work, grow the team, & ensure we deliver with zest across every market and platform.

You’ll collaborate with social teams, creators, and producers to refine the engines that power what it means to be a social agency with creator instinct®.

Responsibilities

You’ve led social at scale, and have a deep understanding of creators
  • 10+ years experience in social media management, including leadership responsibility.

  • Deep strategic leadership, building best-in class implementation frameworks in partnership with brand strategists, feeding into broader performance and insights work

  • Proven track record delivering campaigns and always-on channel management for major brands.

  • Strong experience managing multi-market publishing and channel governance.

  • Deep understanding of platform-native content, community behaviour, and creators.

Build and scale the owned social practice
  • We need candidates to have demonstrable experience in a social/creative agency.

  • Lead the evolution of our social media management capability into a category-defining practice.

  • Turn proven delivery into a scalable operating model that works across brands, markets, and teams.

  • Build frameworks, training, and playbooks that raise standards across the business.

  • Become a trusted partner to our clients, providing counsel and expertise

Strengthen the production engine behind social

  • Own and refine the production workflows that power always-on social across multiple clients.

  • Improve how production schedules, content pipelines, and delivery timelines operate.

  • Build systems that allow teams to move faster without losing quality.

  • Turn strong operational practice into repeatable infrastructure.

Evolve our creator-led social system

  • Continue developing our creator hub model as the engine of owned social.

  • Strengthen how creators, strategists, editors, and social managers work together.

  • Ensure creator input consistently strengthens brand output.
