Role
We are currently looking for a Waiter to join our team in Mirror Room Restaurant at Rosewood London. Our Waiters are entrusted to create memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Key expectations of this role are
• Ensuring appropriate Mise en place for the different meal periods.
• Efficiently delivering an engaging, refined and intuitive service.
• Delivering all aspects of the guest experience in the restaurant according to Rosewood standards.
• Effectively communicating and prioritising tasks in a sophisticated environment.
• Having a thorough knowledge of all products offered by the restaurant.
Profile
• The ability to work in a team and build relationships with the others.
• Being organised and proactive in managing your tasks.
• Refined grooming.
• Having a passion for guest service an taking ownership of the guest experience.
• A basic understanding of how to run a section as a Waiter in a sophisticated environment.
