The menu will be masterful in its execution, and the team behind it just as exceptional.

We’re looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager with presence, poise and a deep commitment to service. This role calls for more than smooth operations—it requires someone who understands the nuance of hospitality, leads with quiet authority, and can hold the room with calm confidence. You’ll support the day-to-day running of the restaurant, mentor a high-performing team, and help shape a service culture that is intentional, gracious, and exacting.
