About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Associate to join our TxElite team. This role will play a key part in managing and improving our pricing proposition, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting the development of new features. You’ll work closely with Product, Client Services, QA, and Engineering to help us deliver a high-quality experience for our customers.
Please note: this role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays in alignment with the global sporting calendar.
What You’ll Do :
In this role, you’ll take ownership of key responsibilities that help drive team and business success. Your day-to-day will include:

- Supporting backlog grooming and participating in product rituals like planning and retrospectives
- Liaising with third-party partners and escalating issues as needed
- Working closely with Client Services, Operations, Front End, and Analytics teams
What You’ll Bring:
We’re looking for someone with the skills, experience, and mindset to thrive in this role. Ideally, you’ll have:
- A bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of industry experience
- A strong interest in sports - especially Soccer, Cricket, US Football, or Basketball
- Experience working in fast-paced environments and dealing with ambiguity
- A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership
- Comfort with technical problem-solving, including API testing and feed analysis
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Bonus: Product certifications or experience in product ownership
What You’ll Get From Us :
At TxODDS, you’ll be part of a well-established, technology-first company with ambitious growth plans and a global footprint. You’ll work alongside brilliant minds in a culture that’s fun, relaxed, and hardworking - where innovation and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do. We offer a competitive benefits package tailored to your location, and we’re happy to share more details during the hiring process.

- An initial screening call with our Talent Partner.
- An in-person interview with the Product Owner and a senior stakeholder.
- A final interview with a senior leader.
