The Role

As a key member of the delivery team, you will act as the bridge between innovative technology solutions and customer needs. With a strong background in project delivery and the energy sector, you will lead the co-creation of bespoke calculation models and ensure solutions are configured to meet customer requirements.

You will be responsible for:

• Collaborating closely with customer business experts to design and deliver tailored solutions
  

• Applying deep knowledge of pricing, forecasting, and portfolio management to build calculation models within the platform
  

• Identifying solution improvements, maintaining a project backlog, and providing clear guidance to implementation teams
  

• Ensuring solution quality by creating comprehensive test scenarios
  

• Working alongside implementation teams, product teams, and solution architects to support high-quality IT project delivery
  

What You’ll Do

From pre-sales through to project implementation, you will:

• Engage with customers to define requirements for calculation models, including data inputs and algorithms
  

• Use your understanding of the UK energy market to guide clients through pricing, forecasting, and billing solutions
  

• Facilitate customer workshops, translating complex technical and business requirements into clear, actionable insights
  

• Analyse client processes and methodologies to effectively brief delivery teams
  

• Champion collaboration and co-creation across internal and external stakeholders
  

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years of relevant experience
  

• Strong background in project delivery within the energy retail sector, particularly in pricing, forecasting, or trading
  

• Experience working on complex delivery projects involving multiple stakeholders and system integrations
  

• Deep understanding of energy markets across multiple geographies, with awareness of industry trends and developments
  

• Strong analytical and numerical problem-solving skills
  

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  

Working Model

• Hybrid role based in London
  

• Typically 1 day per week onsite, with flexibility on remaining days
  

• Onsite requirements defined collaboratively with your manager and team
