The Opportunity
You will build and manage a high-quality caseload spanning divorce, financial remedies, private law children, and TOLATA claims. Working closely with supportive partners and specialists, you will handle cases that demand precision, sound judgment, and exceptional client care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cases efficiently and strategically to the firm’s high standards
- Deliver exemplary client service with clear, timely communication
- Provide guidance and oversight to junior staff
- Contribute to the department’s profile and business development
Essential:
- Qualified solicitor with strong academic credentials and 4+ years PQE
- Resolution membership
- Expertise in divorce and financial remedies, and private law children matters
- Superb client care, proactive leadership, and a collaborative mindset
- Specialist accreditation
