M&A Tax Manager
- Provide expert tax advisory services to clients involved in mergers and acquisitions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of tax solutions.
- Analyse complex tax issues and recommend tailored solutions for clients.
- Support clients with due diligence processes and tax structuring.
- Assist in preparing detailed tax reports and presentations for clients.
- Keep up-to-date with tax legislation and its impact on M&A activities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members within the tax department.
