Full Title:Marketing & Communications Executive (Drama School and Student Recruitment)
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Hours of Work: 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Salary:£34,858- £39,233 plus benefits
The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Communications Executive to play a pivotal role in attracting and recruiting the next generation of performers and theatre professionals. This is an exciting opportunity to lead on student recruitment marketing for a world-renowned drama school, delivering impactful campaigns that engage prospective students in the UK and internationally.
You will plan and execute insight-led, multi-channel marketing and communications campaigns across digital, print, press, and events. Working closely with Admissions, academic teams, and external partners, you will help position our courses competitively, enhance our public profile, and ensure a seamless and engaging recruitment journey for prospective students.

Essential Skills & Experience
Experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns
Strong copywriting and content creation skills
Ability to analyse data and translate insights into action
Experience managing events and stakeholder relationships
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator with the ability to work across teams
Desirable Skills & Experience
Experience in higher education or arts marketing
Knowledge of student recruitment cycles and audiences
Experience with CRM/email marketing platforms and paid media
Interest in drama, theatre, or the performing arts
