A technology-focused secondary school in Redbridge is seeking a skilled and proactive ICT Support Analyst to join their technical team from January 2026.

Experience and Qualifications

• Proven experience providing technical support (hardware, software, networking) in a professional environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic network troubleshooting .
• Ability to diagnose and repair desktop PCs, laptops, and peripheral hardware.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical staff.
