ICT Support Analyst – Provide Desktop & Network Support and Hardware Maintenance – Redbridge
A technology-focused secondary school in Redbridge is seeking a skilled and proactive ICT Support Analyst to join their technical team from January 2026.
Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience providing technical support (hardware, software, networking) in a professional environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic network troubleshooting .
- Ability to diagnose and repair desktop PCs, laptops, and peripheral hardware.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical staff.

You will be part of a small, dedicated IT team responsible for supporting over 1,200 users and maintaining over 500 devices. The school offers an Outer London salary and excellent training opportunities, with a dedicated budget for you to pursue relevant technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft).
