Getting out of bed - Washing / Bathing / Showering - Getting dressed / undress
- Managing continence - Assist with medication NUTRITION SUPPORT -
Preparation of breakfast / hot meals / light meals /snacks / drink
SOCIAL CARE - Assisting with maintaining social care - Assisting with Medical
appointments - Assisting with attending clubs / day care centres
DOMESTIC SUPPORT - Making & changing bed - Laundry / Ironing - Washing up -
Cleaning toilet / bathroom - Light housework - shopping
