HR Manager | Wandsworth (Inner London)
We are working with a school who are recruiting for a high-calibre HR Manager to join a flourishing secondary academy in Wandsworth. Starting ASAP, this full-time position is ideal for an HR professional with a background in education or the public sector.
The Role The role is initially temporary, with a clear pathway to a permanent appointment for a candidate who demonstrates technical expertise and an inspirational approach. Key responsibilities include leading on performance management frameworks and providing the SLT with data-driven insights to support workforce planning.
