Business & Workforce Development Manager needed in South West London Paying £29.79 per hr ref OR18952
Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand services and revenue streams.
- Identify and secure new partnerships, contracts, and funding opportunities.
- Lead workforce planning initiatives to ensure skills and capacity meet current and future needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design training and development programs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior leadership.
