The Opportunity
We are looking for a Dynamics 365 CE Technical Consultant to join our growing consulting team. You’ll play a key role in extending and customizing D365 CE and Power Platform to address complex, real-world business requirements for our clients.
This role is ideal for a technically skilled, self-managing consultant who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to work across high-impact projects with clients in varied industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom extensions for Dynamics 365 CE across modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing (Customer Journeys), and Field Service
- Build and deliver C# plugins, JavaScript customizations, and PCF controls
- Validate solutions and provide technical guidance across the full SDLC
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and fellow developers
- Apply strong ALM practices to ensure safe, scalable delivery in enterprise environments
- Manage your own backlog and tasks to deliver high-quality code aligned with project timelines
- Support ongoing internal development of Power Platform skills and practices
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform customizations
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and PCF control development
- Understanding of model-driven app architecture and ALM processes
- Familiarity with Power Automate and low-code/no-code plugins
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Microsoft certification in Azure, Power Platform, or Dynamics 365 (Fundamentals level or above)
Desirable:
- Certification in PL-300 or other advanced Microsoft developer certifications
- Experience working with Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies
- Prior consultancy or Microsoft Partner experience
