TRANSFORMATION MANAGER

About the role

Reporting directly to the Chief Transformation Officer, this role exists to extend the CTO's capacity to drive strategic change across the company. You will be a core member of a lean transformation function — working at the intersection of strategy and execution, across all three group products, on the topics that matter most at any given point in the investment cycle.

The agenda will strategically shift over time. In one quarter you may be leading an AI transformation initiative; in the next, supporting M&A diligence or rethinking pricing architecture. What stays constant is the expectation: structured thinking, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver.

What you will do

• AI & digital transformation — identifying opportunities, building roadmaps, and driving adoption across products and operations

• M&A and post-merger integration — supporting deal evaluation, due diligence, and integration execution

• Pricing and commercial strategy — developing frameworks and working with commercial teams to implement them

• Operating model and organisational design — supporting structural changes as the group evolves

• Other strategic priorities — as defined by the board and C-suite agenda at any given time
  

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years at a top-tier management consulting firm (MBB or equivalent)

• Subsequent experience in a Tech, SaaS or AI business in a commercial or operational role is a meaningful plus

• Demonstrated ability to move fluidly between strategic problem-framing and hands-on delivery

• Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with senior stakeholders

• Fluent in English; Scandinavian language a plus

• You are energised by variety, not unsettled by it

• You bring rigour and structure to ambiguous problems, and you know how to get things done in organisations that do not always have the answers figured out in advance

• You are collaborative but self-directed, and you take ownership seriously

This is a permanent, full-time position. The role will ideally be based in Stockholm, but we can consider candidates in Finland and the UK.
