Site Manager - Secondary School, Sheffield
Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a busy secondary school in Sheffield . This is a full-time, permanent role starting in April 2026 , with responsibility for overseeing the school’s premises and facilities.
Site Manager required on a full-time basis

The successful Site Manager will take overall responsibility for health and safety, compliance, and maintenance, managing site staff and coordinating contractors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing the school site, buildings, and grounds
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
• Line-managing caretaking and cleaning staff
• Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance
• Managing contractors and external services
• Supporting lettings, events, and examinations
• Acting as key holder and emergency contact
Experience and Qualifications
• Proven experience in site or facilities management
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Leadership and organisational skills
• Proactive and solution-focused mindset
• Legal right to work in the UK
